  1. The crash log provided points to an error at the start of the GetPosition function. The "object memory reference exists" check causes CTD's. An itemtype is missing, most likely. Is the error random, or region specific? [EDIT] The last error points to the extractPreview function. So, it is about the itemtype.

  4. Made some changes, specifically about Open Wounds and Damage Lore. There were some bits of obviously wrong info or info that might have been true in vanilla Sacred 2, but was changed in Ice & Blood/no longer works that way. I'm recently playing with a character that got Damage Lore Mastered and it has no observable effect on wounds. Think I got all the relevant pages.

  5. I do not believe it is a missing model or texture. I've experienced both blunders in my time, and neither would give that soft crash. Missing models spawn a black box with red text that says "empty" on it. Missing textures still spawn the item/creature, but with a black texture with a big red "X" on it. More likely, I've experienced this kind of crash: When iteminfo.txt entry points to a non-existent material (in material.txt). When itemtype.txt entry points to a non-existent classification (in typification.txt). When drop.txt points to a non-existent blueprint (we've ruled this one out). I gave a quick look through both files but didn't spot anything.

  6. These are all EE nonexistent surfaces being called in itemtype.txt: "skelettlich-doomguard-id4_v" I have access to a CM patch pak directory scan. These are all (in CM-Patch) nonexistent models being called in EE itemtype.txt: EDIT: did it again with EE 3.0 directory scan, but EE 3.1itemtype.txt. Check next post.

  7. It never really existed. It was just an idea of Czevak's that he never completed. I had/have no real interest in it. Problem is probably blueprint 228, I'll check it shortly. Edit: nope not that one.

  11. Thanks, I am lucky that the kids walk through nature with open senses. Spending some of the money planed for a summer travel into photo and sport equipment. Grewing up in an optic town I sometimes have luck at sales direct from factory. Most useful is a monocular. It is able to magnify distant hills by 8, but slso blossoms and insects as close as 30cm. Ideal for spotting before building up the camera equipment.

  12. Aesthetically, I like each of the screenshots. They each have a point or points of interest, a defined foreground, a middle ground and a background. They have rich colors and impressive lighting as well. Works of art, are they!

  13. We have a few butterflies which fly to Africa in winter. Storms while over the mediterran can do great harm to the population. Other reasons are not pestizides but farm dying. The farms have to grew in size to survive. So it is more monoculture now. Luckily we have some Feierabendbauern (people who work their small farms after their normal work at a factory is done). They do their many different plants and trees mainly for their family and relatives, a bit bigger than my farmland but WAY smaller than a farm needs to survive. Some people working for state national parks have studied it but have no farm or ranger background. For example the forest ant is endangered and protected, but an anthill has no insects in a 10 metres radius. They do metal nets on the hills to protect them from woodpeckers. The nature park 20 kilometres away has an anthill nearly every 20 metres. That leaves no room for insects. I have 4 forest-ant-hills protected with nets as a backup to build new hills if needed and the rest is darwinism with natural enemies: woodpeckers, badgers, ... This butterfly was feeding at one of my 'waste water clearing ponds' and shot by our youngest for their school project. The plants are used to filter heavy metals from the water. Once a year they are cut and brought to a bio gas company. While this is done a reserve pond is used.
