  1. I hadn't been playing because I didn't want to out level a friend of mine since we always play together. He's military like me and I had to wait until he made his move, got situated and was able to get back in the game. We both got trapped in our own lives and couldn't escape to the wonderful world that is SC2. Now that I'm starting back up, I figured I'd fire up this old character of mine whose currently at level 27 and doing fine. I leveled up but I didn't change any stats, I kind of wanted some input before I started tinkering with things.
  2. HELLO OUT THERE! I took a huge break from playing SC2, but as you can see I'm back in the saddle. I'd still like some help with this build.
  3. I won't get sucked into sacred 2. Get in, do the quest, finish the campaing and get out. I'm not going to waste time testing my limits and trying to become godlike. I finished up Sacred 2 with a VD Dryad pretty fast. Once I found out that the ending is the same regardless of what character or alignment you used, I kind of lost intrest. Right now I'm trying to do all the quest with a shadow warrior. Once that's done, I'll never play it again.
  4. I could only assume by the inactivity of this thread that there is nothing wrong with this build?
  5. I think she should go with dual wield seraphim or ragned dryad build. Is she going to want to grind and understand the concept? With these two choices, she will be able to get in the game and get some killing done. I think your thinking about shopping in the wrong context for her. She's not going to feel the same about it as she would if she was out shopping in real life. I'm asking this because no one starts with a shopper out the box. I have learned from playing that preparing a shopper/s takes time and resources that you may not have at your disposal as a console player. A new shopper without help from others will never be effective on their own by end game due to the mechanics of how shopping works. You'll get some goodies but not the best bang for your buck/gold.
  6. I need runes and I need them now. Only problem is, ever since I left the high elf terrirtory with kobolds and stuff, they are getting harder and harder to come across. Anyone got any good hunting grounds for runes?
  7. Ooh, double-post! Argh, here comes the ................run! ooh, I see. Nice effect merging my D-P. I tried offline coop on PS3, with Veil as only buff. Levelling up with a level 103 in niob, any spell affect hitting by friend insta-RIPs me. So I don't think it's a bug. If you play perma-veiled, I believe solo is the way to go. I won't be playing perma-veiled, so I might be in some trouble. I was planning on keeping it as a spell.
  8. Do they come with any sockets to so you can make up for any short comings the sword might have?
  9. There should be lots out there! Any that I have found are really just junk with a cool graphical illustration. So what kind of stats should I be expecting to see when I do get one? Are they really that bad?
  10. Do you have any spare lightsabers that you want to sell or give away? I'd be more than happy to take them off your hands.
  11. The Inquisitor combat art Reverse Polarity mod Exploit works on your mounts. I got a horse just to travel around faster. This naturally means that I have to dismount if I want to us my combat arts. Sometimes if you wander off to far, your mount will come and find you without having to call it. I noticed that when it did come over, it was taking damage. I saw a constant stream of 1's coming from it. My inquisitors level as well as the level of the combat art is still pretty low right now. But I'm wondering what will happen at higher levels. Is my mount invincible while I'm not mounted despite that it's taking some kind of damage? Will it be an inexhaustable hp pool for damage mitigation? Eventually, you'll be able to divert a boat load of damage to the horse, doppoleganager, and any IS souls you have running around. It's unfortunate that you fight most bosses underground though.
  12. I'm doing this if you ever want to join in. http://darkmatters.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=14114 I have to update the original post to reflect my characters current level though. I'll do it later when I get off from work.
  13. *sigh* Died twice today back to back against Carnach. Jumped into someone elses's gold game at leve 52. He hit me for 3K and my HP is a little over 2.5K. Oh well.
  14. Lol, you guys don't have to go into a big debate over this. I was just trying to find out some info. I know why people choose tactics lore and dual wield. I was just wondering about the secondary/extre effects you get from going with a weapon lore. Kind of like if you choose pole arms, it'll have the effect to hit multiple enemies with a regular attack or left click for you PC players. This however seems to be a moot point since all we do is Combat Art our way though the game. I'm working on a malevolent/astral shado warrior and I was going to start using 2 handed swords exclusively as a theme for the character. I like the idea of the chance to wound modifer that's unlocked if you choose the sword lore. Here is the thing. Do weapon modifier effect stack with Combat Art's?
  15. Ok cool. Just let me know if you want to play light or dark side so I can slow down on one of my characters. I have to know where you are because of the 10 level cap rule on the console version. This way you'll have a chance to catch up.
