What lines in the file need to be edited?

Is there anyway to increase the number of gold blacksmith slots on weapons and armor or change the bronze/silver ones to gold? Also; can anyone send me the options txt to enable the hidden/disabled armor and weapons? I believe there is something like 36 or 37 of them. Thanks all!

Besides the commentary setting in game (which doesn't work) how can I stop my characters from making a comment every time one of them picks up a unique or set or legendary item? I have been searching forums and have not yet found an answer. Please help. If I hear "This looks like a very special item" one more time I'm gonna throw up!
