  1. Thank you for your kind words. Please let us know if you cannot locate a topic or an item for which you are looking.
  2. Here's some more insight regarding corrupted saved files: Corrupted files on ones PC may be a symptom of a computer virus or a malware attack. Improperly saved files can also cause this issue and this might happen when your PC has bad disk sectors;this occurs on older SATA hard drives. If you have a SATA drive that is used frequently and several years old, consider upgrading to a Solid State Drive (SSD). Stopping data saves during the data write process can also be a culprit; this includes removing a storage device before it completes its task. It is also a good practice to save important drive in at least one alternative place, such as an external drive.
  3. Well sir, I have never experienced a corrupt save file and I would imagine that it's quite frustrating. Could it be a PC issue relating to corrupt system files? If so, you might benefit from this video:
  4. I can happen (albeit rarely) with the Character Editor. However, the editor creates a backup .bak file that one may use to restore the character by deleting the corrupt file and removing .bak from the character's saved bak file. I regularly save a character file and the chest file just in case something like that happens.
  5. classic => Sacred 2 Yes, I also saw Nutcracker Ballet live in Houston some years ago. Ever since it's been one of my favorites!
  6. A Frenchman nearly got away with stealing a number of paintings from the Louvre. However, after planning the robbery and getting in and out and past security, he was captured only three blocks away when his van ran out of gas. When asked how he could mastermind such a crime and then make such an obvious error resulting in his capture, he replied:
  7. What is the difference between a dog and a fox?
  8. It is a little known fact that William Tell and his family were avid bowlers.
  9. Dang it. I already busted some of the Christmas Lights! Don't worry, I'll get them replaced right away! Merry Christmas, y'all!
  10. The Dalai Lama walks into a pizza shop and asks, "Can you make me one with everything?"
  11. in the rough => off the grid My daughter is a paleontologist and loves going camping, hiking, and digging for fossils. It's quite the experience to be hours away from any other people other than the small group with whom you traveled.
  12. baseball => diamond No, Rommel. I don't smoke, although I did for a very short time when I was young. Later, I worked for The American Tobacco Company, makers of Lucky Strike. Nowadays, I would caution anyone to never take up the habit of smoking.
  13. Lucky => Strike (L.S./M.F.T.) "Lucky Strike Means Fine Tobacco"
  14. brave => great, great, grandpa My great, great grandfather George fought heroically in the not-very "Civil War." I should share some of those stories sometime. I have a digital copy of his diary and many different published articles passed down by my aunt Peggy.
  15. I just ordered an egg and chicken from Amazon.
  16. Well, Gogo, if the tickets were passed out to everyone at no charge, it would be no fare for anybody.
  17. I saw Harry Potter seated in the first class section on my most recent flight to London.
  18. Editing your first post could make subsequent posts by you and others confusing. Instead, when it's appropriate, you might prefer to end a thread by explaining what elements of your build didn't work out, and also why. Then, you could post a link to a new thread with a new and improved build, based on your previous experience. There is no shame in a person learning by trial and error, unless they continue to repeat the same mistakes. The best teachers are the ones who have gained expertise and can convey their results and experiences into concise and workable instructions which serve to benefit others. Certainly, what to do is important. Yet, why to do it in a specified manner is crucial for the full understanding of those under ones tutelage. "This is the way."
  19. Ancarian Airlines Flight Six Niner... You've got a headwind of Zero Three Knots. You're cleared to land on Runway Seven Right! Welcome to Dark Matters, Captain!
  20. At level 35 you certainly may select Enhanced Perception rather than Shield Lore. It should allow you to find better Armor and other useful items, especially amulets and rings. I have discovered while playing Purist Fix Pack that Glimborins Garments drop, albeit rarely. With Enhanced Perception, you should find that such set pieces drop more often, especially after slaying certain boss monsters. You will most certainly have to collect these pieces from multiple levels to obtain a full set. I recommend using a surrogate High Elf for your Shopper if you want to find the best jewelry in the shortest term. However, you might find that doing certain things the way that see best is more interesting; personalizing the game your own way can serve as its own reward. Have fun; let us know how you fare.
