How many & what monster types doesn't drop a similarly named shrunken head (ie, Humans drop "Shrunken Human Heads, Undead drop "Shrunken Head of an Undead", Insects drop "Shrunken Insect Head"), one of them is the Orc race, they drop "Shrunken Goblinoid Head".
