Rousing Command + Augmenting Guidon attack speed don't stack?

I'm really trying to like my summoner Shadow Warrior, but these issues are driving me crazy. First, there's the issue of me not seeing the AG graphic (http://darkmatters.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=14839). And now, I just found out in game that my AG speed boost (which is 10.1%) overrides my Rousing Command boost (which is 10%).

 

If I cast RC, and then cast AG, my attack speed goes from 110% to 110.1%. If I cast AG first, and then RC, it starts at 110.1% and doesn't change. If I walk about of the range of AG with both spells cast, my attack speed drops from 110.1% to 110%...sigh. Can anyone else confirm this? I have version 2.65.2.

 

Edit: If they indeed don't stack, I wonder if it's enough of an issue to remake my Shadow Warrior (I put 9 points in Death Focus for RC) or if I should just alternate using Shadow Warrior and AG for my skellies when the other is on regen/cooldown.
