at the character quest orcish necromancers, the quest location is situated on the big island at the top.

By boat. If you follow the campaign quest, you'll find a sailor who will get you to the seraphim island.

When you go to the Orc Region.

 

After you kill the Colosus, you'll have to go there in order to find the elf explorers. You'll go and join one of the 2 strongest orc clans (it depends on your alignement), defeat the Octoglamus and talk to a sailor who will lead you to the Seraphim Island.
