Rotluchs 82
well, I'm not sure if this would be the right subforum for my question, but here goes, anyway : I was wondering, unless you have some private webspace somewhere, Where do you all go and upload your files, if it has to be quick, for many photos or screenshots at once, and if you want to link them on any forum, let's say wrapped into BBCode tag automatically etc, if supported and needed ? file-management would be also good, like sorting and storing into various subfolders or albums etc.. but most of alll: it should cost very very little or even better, it should be free.. AND your files should stay there online, even if no one is 'accessing' them in a while, they shouldnt be deleted all in a sudden maybe even already after quite a rather short time-frame.. or: which services guarantee for let's say 1-2 maybe even more years ? Spunky 16
I use Photobucket, have used it for years now, it's free and I have never had any problems with it. Link to comment
Dragon Brother 619
Well photobucket does all of that, and there is a free version. Im not sure what bandwidth you get or the timeframe before inactive accounts get removed, but it works for me. Edit: Beaten. Edited September 4, 2010 by Dragon Brother Link to comment
Rotluchs 82
yes, I know about photobucket, but was trying to find alternatives as well.. if I won't find interesting ones, I'll give it a second try again (did so, years ago but only for a short while) Link to comment
podgie_bear 184
An alternative to photobucket may be a good idea, as I have noticed it is starting to take longer to upload to and access from photobucket. Which is a royal pain in the ..... when you have to spend more time sitting around waiting than you do using it! Link to comment

gogoblender 3,069
Bucket had always been the best. Fast, free, tons of room. Podgy, I'd noticed (sigh) as well, that lately bucket has been getting mired in molasses. It's got amazing functionalities though... but for simple hosting, maybe there are faster ones out there? gogo Link to comment
