Bronze Mod on Killing Spree

As far as I can tell the bronze mod on KS doesn't do anything. Anyone else look into this? It doesn't increase my attack number on my character sheet (rousing command sure does). It doesn't increase -evasion or +chance that enemy cannot evade.

 

Don't know about the WIDD mod for the other bronze choice.

 

 

Edit:

Brainstormed a bit and found out that successful attacks build up a charge that increases the attack value!
