Crashing on "Ghosts of the Dishonored" quest

My game is crashing every time on this quest (about 5-6 times). I am playing a LAN game with the CM 1.20 patch on a Win7 32-bit machine. It always crashes at exactly the same spot, about 1/2 to 2/3 down the passage that leads into the chamber where the quest starts. This image was from when I first took the quest. Now it crashes before I can enter the chamber.

 

I stumbled across this quest while doing The Lost Crypt chain quest. I have finished the chain quest and I am trying to go back and do the Ghosts of the Dishonored.

 

Any ideas?

 

 

Edit:

I went back with the same character in SP and the quest worked fine. Judging by the logbook, I think you are supposed to complete the quest without leaving.

I think it's the colors of the area where the quest is taking place?
