This modifier does not appear until item level 30

Chance for Freeze +X%

This modifier does not appear until item level 60, and does not appear until Silver difficulty.

Attack Speed +X%

Requires the Sword Weapons skill to unlock this modifier.

Silver: 10, 25, 40, 55,

Gold: 70, 85,

Platinum: 100, 115, 130,

Niobium: 145, 160, 175, 190, 205
