This item was originally created for the Community Items Mod, where it was a recreation of the axe of the same name from Torchlight 2. The design was changed when this item was brought into CM Patch 1.50. The original design can be restored by installing the current Community Items Mod on top of the CM Patch.

Torchlight always had a very active modding community, with lots of items exported and imported into this game. So maybe we can also benefit from the trade, smuggling in a couple of exotic mechanical weapons made and used by Torchlight's Engineers (that's a playable class).

 

 

A pretty faithful re-creation of the Torchlight 2 Unique of the same name, this mighty clockwork axe was "optimized" by and for Sacred's own technology-oriented characters. While this version might not have as great an amount of base damage as the original had, it can be wielded using only one hand, which makes it a good fit for the Temple Guardian... or anybody else lucky enough to find it.

 

 

Be sure to install the latest Community Items Mod to see the intended design of this item. If you don't, the item will still be fully functional but will appear identical to Nadji's Splitter.
