this is one of the game's premium caster weapons, even outstripping most Unique 1h Magic Staves in usefulness.

I particularly loved this item.. premiere choice for wizard /wizardess casting...I'd Gaaaaaaaaaaaaah! when this thing would drop for me in the HC servers... real magic would happen
