dollhobbs 4 Share Posted November 5, 2016 Ok I bought steams sacred 2 gold and am trying to get it running on win 10 with a nvidia GTX 950 card. When I try to start the game I see the loading page and it crashes at loading "caching shader's" with this error message- startup error driver: [C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nv_dispiwu.inf_amd64_9ff5ab165faead52\nvd3dum.dll] graphicscard: [NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950] device[\\.\DISPLAY1] cPhysics::int - NxCreatePhysicsSDK failed SacredApp::setupEngine() physics init failed SacredApp::setup() setupEngine failed App::Setup() failed I am using compatability mode for XP 3 and Admin. This looks like something to do with Physx but am unsure. I have latest drivers. Link to comment

dollhobbs 4 Author Share Posted November 6, 2016 I said to heck with it and upgraded my vista to win 7 now game starts but menu words ars missing, if I click on empty bar words come up in some foreign language. Link to comment
desm 330 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Hi Dollhobbs, you said you had windows 10? np, if the game starts it's a good thing, now I think you have to go to the properties of the game in steam librairy and select the good language because it seems to have been installed wrong, don't ask me why.
