Glass Cannon Dryad

I read through the post about this but don't remember much and never really did much with a Dryad before.

First question would go for all Characters - I downloaded the character pack that has level 200's unskilled n gear sets n saw their gear was past level 200, and yet they didn't have Blacksmith, how does that work?

My plan for a Glass Cannon:

Dexterity
 

W.E these things are called

1. Capricious Hunter Focus
2. Nature Hunter Focus
3. Concentration (don't see the point in this, I never used combo's before but it was in the other post so I assume there's a good reason behind it)
4. Tactics
5. Ranged Weapons
6. Speed Lore
7. Spell Resistance
8. Armor Lore
9. Alchemy
10. Blacksmith (because I don't understand how the above was possible and the perks of being able to make different socketed jewelry sounds nice}

How do I determine how many points to put into the Above And Below?

1. Darting Assault - Reload/Throwback/Pierce
2. Dust Devil - Recondition/Obscure/Spread
3. Sinister Predator - Eagle Eye/Perforate/Hunting Focus
4. Ancient Bark - Rugged/Repel/Invigorate
5. Ravaged Impact? - Perforate/Breach/Double Shot
6. Tangled Roots? - Sprawl/Impair/Intent
7. Any others?

Don't have any plans for gear yet, Think I read Deth's was the highest damage. Not sure if I spelled that right. Atm I'm just using w.e has +experience gain on it.
