In the In Accordance with Nature (Shadow) quest Tim Nightowl is named Till Spiegeleule (translates as Mirrorowl). Till Eulenspiegel is the 14th century main character in an early 16th century book about his jokes

The text in the picture reads: Here was born Till Eulenspiegel. Fool, Joker, Wise, a human

It is said that the mirror was hold in someones face so that they can see their foolness and the owl for being wise.

The other character in the quest is Drogo. Being a bit too early for Game of Thrones, perhaps the books? On the other hand Drogo is an old German prename for some nobles, bishops, ...
