xInquisitor1961x 49
Do they stack? If I have 100% chance to open wounds, and massive poison damage, will it do both open wounds every attack AND poison, or only one of them? Link to comment
idbeholdME 387
IGNORE. THE BELOW INFO IS FOR SACRED 2. DIDN'T CHECK THE GAME. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Yes. Different DoTs can be active simultaneously. An enemy can be under the effect of burning, wound, poison, weaken, freeze and any other debuffs all at once. Keep in mind however, that effects that do damage have their power proportional to the amount of damage you do of that element. So in your case, the wound damage would be really low. So much so that it'd probably be inconsequential. It's usually best to focus on one damaging secondary effect (wound, burn, poison) and support it with either freeze (Ice) or weaken (magic). They always have the same effect, if you manage to trigger them. Or Deep/Deadly wounds. You'd trigger wounds with every hit (if you had a 100% chance to cause them) and chance to poison, depending on how much poison damage you do (hover over damage bar in inventory screen to see the exact chance). As for weapons, energy pistols are probably best for this purpose. You can find some that deal up to 3 different damage types at once. Edited July 20, 2022 by idbeholdME 1 Link to comment

It's a question about Sacred 1, not Sacred 2. Has been a while for me, but I think in Sacred 1 only one DoT effect can be active at the same time. 2 1 Link to comment

Only works as a set bonus, which only four sets have. With a certain chance causes the enemy to bleed, which causes him to take physical damage once per second for a few seconds (the number of seconds depends on the difficulty, on niobium 23 seconds). The damage of the bleed depends on the damage of the hit that caused the bleed. If the final bleed tick kills the enemy, the enemy gives no experience or items. 1 1 1 Link to comment
