For quite some time I wanted to add the Citizen NPCs Model for playing

Hi, so for quite some time I wanted to add the Citizen NPCs for playing but when I add the model it is all white, I tried using their other textures but It did not seem to work. Any thoughts? I've uploaded a picture too. 

Note: It was the same with the male version

new names for textures
CITIZEN_F.TGA
CITIZEN_M.TGA

fun fact:
if you put the texture CITIZEN_FEM on CITIZEN_MAL, you get this

The problem remains. In all my time texturing and model swapping never before I have seen something like this. Is this some video card driver related problem? I'm using dgvoodoo...

Yes I even tried applying the male version and vice versa. Do you need the files for the skin?

here's an example

CITIZEN_MAL.grn => MAGICIAN.grn

CITIZEN_MAL.TGA => CITIZEN_M.TGA
