Come on, the 5 to 10 second one while the "Submit Reply" button turns into "Saving" for the time is still "ok". I only really got worried that one day where I had one take more than a minute and the "Saving" had already returned to "Submit Reply" long before it was finished posting... 13 minutes ago, gogoblender said: was that your first post of the morning or in the middle do you have the time Not perfectly sure but I think it was the first one, that would be 11:50AM in the addendum download thread. I wouldn't worry about that single instance. There's always gonna be "badly timed" post that take a bit longer to process. Edit: This post for example took a third second but it was kinda through before then, my browser just had to refresh the entire site because this ended up being the first post on "page 2" Edited August 24, 2024 by SLD 1
gogoblender 3,462 Posted September 6, 2024 Author Posted September 6, 2024 I'm getting great speeds last few days. If there's no more slow downs for anyone, I thereby declare this Forum at speed! gogo

There have been sporadic incidents of wait time and one instance of a super long waiting that however did not stick around. So there are no persistant issues, but I do encounter some issues every now and then. It has however, as before, never resulted in any larger problem, I have never really lost connecting or lost a post I was working on etc... 1

Thats most important to us. We dont wish anyone to lose time invested on writing... though in the past as mentioned, sometimes some settings affected execution of posting time. Looks like there's a good balance now, here's to another year, and thanks for the feedback, very helpful! ps muhahhaa

Afterward, the site was downright speedy. 1

By the way, the weekend is coming up; how do you like your rib-eye grilled? im mostly a filet when I get a chance to eat the good stuff.. lol on vacations with family and its included in the price of the week however... ive been watching a lot of steak house restaurant videos lately, just a path of consumption I guess and I keep hearing about rib eye... only thing for me is im highly terrified of anything in my meat that has a chewy, veiny, or anything other than the texture of butter melting in my mouth, such as with a filet mignon when I do opt to order... we have big family parties coming up for Ammamma's Bday coming up soon, and maybe I will opportunize and take a bite of...someone else's gogo ps re speed of the speed im mighty happy with its zippiness this morning.. if it keep staying stable this way lets say for another week, well look at getting notifications for *followed* topics back on and see how DarkMatters' mighty engine this year can handle it
