Sacred Underworld - "Hundredth of a second" Does it count?

Greetz!

I got a "Hard Hit" build, level 336, regen-time is 0,5 secs. The build is "leaning" toward 0.6 seconds and I am just five runes away from it. If I add some speedy gear with 192% regen special move, I am still at 0,5 seconds regeneration time, but got the intention, that the combat art "Hard Hit" regenerates a tiny bit faster. Sooo...

Any insights?

Did you get any insight from anyone else elsewhere ? I'm trying to remember who was playing Reborn here at DarkMatters O'er the years and see if I can reach out to someone for you.

Which makes me think, maybe (gosh, one day, where does time goooooooooooooooo )  to break down Underworld into the Mods for that game section so that we can find threads easier...

Hello.
The only people who can give an adequate insight, are Overlookers Klan, Ruddick and WilliamNL. And perhaps a fourth/fifth person. The point is, you need to be pretty deep inside the guts of Sacred. And since everything is encrypted, a "casual" gamer won't have an answer handy, I assume. Anyway. It would be just the cherry at the top of the cake. It does not really matter.

I can't remember his name, but there was a player here who was playing Reborn almost full time...
