thanks thats pretty much what I wanted to know but nothing specific really I just didnt know if they were all capped or not

Is there a % cap on everything I can boost with rings and stuff like that:) I just dont wanna go overboard on 1 thing if its capped 150% boost to the aspect. Let me know thanks.

ok I did the quest "The Gost Village" and the gate/door still will not open it says its locked. What do I need to do?
