Thinking of making a low level god

I am just wondering but what are the lowest levels for unique and legendary weapons? I am thinking on making a low level that could solo every boss without going over level 20. I read on the wiki that some weapons spawn every 8 levels so would I be able to get them at level 8 and then when I level up they leave? Thanks for the help in advance

That link will lead you to a guide that is probably the best way to go about what you are trying to do. Just be sure to pick up Armor Lore in your build so that you can equip all of that gear as soon as possible.
