New to game, weird bug.

Hello, my brother got me into this game and after downloading it and installing it I am left with 2 issues.

 

Issue #1 In the upper right corner of my screen there is an nvidia advertisement something like PHYSX+CPU. Weird. I thought it would go away but it didnt.

 

 

Issue#2 After being in the game for a few minutes the screen will turn black and then boot to desktop then restart itself. Have not been able to get much further than the character creation screen.

 

 

I thought it could be because I had all settings maxed out because when it restarted itself they were back to original. My pc is capable regardless.

 

Any help would be fantastic.
