What do templates, camp servers and camp toons mean?

So here's the deal: I have no idea what do "templates", "camp servers", "camp toons", and such mean.

Or I have the slightest hint of an idea, but no idea to use that idea, if you get my idea.

 

I haven't played online a lot, mainly single player as I've struggled with my impulse builds... (as you may know from the introduction)

 

Could someone explain them or is there a nice and neat FAQ somewhere?

The terms you refer to come from a technique we developed for advancing characters to be used as bargainers and blacksmiths into niobium difficulty at low level to take advantage of the much better quality there.

 

You can advance a character to higher difficulty by running them through the campaign. However that takes a long time. My topic of speed camping 101 in my sig is about taking a level 1 character to niobium in about 30 min.

 

Not really used in general gameplay but very powerful trick for advanced players with larger networks of utility chars.
