I'm pretty sure you're not the only one in this situation, Scleameth. I hope something will be done about this.
@lujate : I'm sure the builds we posted are still going to be viable, I see this update as new ways to achieve specific we wanted with our builds. I can't wait for the patch notes.

More stun-breaker skills! Woohoo! I'm not sure about the new condition though.
We might have to check our builds that we posted here so everything is up-to-date and working, since ANet said they changed things in every single trait line.

Hot off the press:
Every one is coming back to FC! Well that is what I heard from Nounnoud who spoke to Decima. Moose even helped us out as a spy in HoD last night, so I'm not sure if the rumours are true or not.
If we get all the regulars back with the rumoured influx of 100+ WvW players then I think FC might be a much more pleasant experience in WvW.
Keep the faith.
If it's true, hopefully it has been the last time I read such a wild conversation like the one they had last night.

I don't know what happened, but as of today, we will only need 8 achievement to complete the Dragon Bash Experience meta-achievement to get the wings. Dragon still doesn't count in that meta-achievement.
Patch notes (taken from Wiki) :
Living World
- Kills in Dragon Ball no longer progress daily PvP achievements.
- Reducing “The Dragon Bash Experience” meta-achievement required total number from 10 down to 8. The Dragon Ball Achievements do not count towards its completion.

Just saw this on the GW2 wiki and thought I had best share:
Note, "The Dragon Bash Experience" is the 10 achievements required to get the wings.The Dragon Ball achievements do not count towards The Dragon Bash Experience.[verification requested]
Thanks for the reminder. I also read somewhere that you don't need to complete all of the achievements to get the wings. That explains it.

These new match-ups may well be the worst thing ANet has done to WvW. I have never previously even considered leaving Ferg, but now...

I like it on your asura. It doesn't look as bad as you told us in-game.
I personally think it fits great on my Elementalist, and I dyed his outfit in orange (honeybutter), red and yellow (banana) so it looks even better :
EDIT : I re-did the screenshot because I suddenly felt it was too dark.

I just watched the video, and I can't wait for this update! Moas racing looks pretty fun, and we could get a mini Racer Moa! I love the dragon Wings, hopefully I will be able to get my hands on them!

As many of you know, the first big patch this week messed up the party dots in WvW. ANet has said that they have identified the bug, and are working on it.

ArenaNet put a permanent price drop on the game. US Standard now $49.99 (was 59.99) and EU standard is now 39.99euro (was 49.99).
I checked the links in the first post, and the both US versions (Standard and Deluxe) are 10% off the price I posted above.
That's a good time to get into the game if you haven't bought it yet!
