  1. The stats file is not a necessary one. If it went missing the game would recreate it automatically from the save file. So it's up to you whether or not to upload them both. You can use any way of sending in you are comfortable with. Do you need my e-mail, or you are going to use some site? I'm OK with both ways.

  2. You can link me to a simple screenshot with his stats, I'll do the rest. If you think you'd have some troubles taking a screenshot, you could let me use your character (upload a savegame). I solemnly swear I won't use any characters other than my own for any purposes other than NPC hunting. On Bronze 15lvl is more than enough to get to the Noriath's corner safe and be able to start a photosession instead of fighting. I simply don't have a Shadow chara now and starting from 1lvl would be too long.

  3. I wonder if any of you could recommend me a way to get Sacred to work with Hamachi. I played Sacred campaign together with my friends in real LAN multiplayer some time ago. Now we want to resume this fun. But nowadays we don't have enough time to gather together and play via real LAN. Using virtual LAN like the one Hamachi offers could solve this problem... but I can't get it to work with Sacred. Maybe you could suggest something or link me to a good how-to-do that really works (unlike some recomendations I tried already).

  4. I'm pretty sure it is the same Inquisition officer, yet she is named differently in the Light and Shadow versions of the quest. Maybe that's because the Light chara can't know that group of guards was a Special Forces. So we should somehow keep it searcheable with both names. Just in case somebody would search for her (though I doubt that somebody would need to do it).

  5. Some more Noriath's Corner guys are up:

Lumen Priest Benewion, by the way, how do you think whether or not to add him to the NPC list in the Noriath's Temple page? He appears only when you accept a quest he is involved in, yet he stands right next to the temple itself.

Kuan Priest Omalgar, his link was blue, yet the page was almost empty, so I added all the information I could find about him. I removed the quest-dialog from his NPC page. It still remains on the quest page and I feel it belongs there. I don't think we should list all the dialogs NPC offers on the NPC page because some NPCs offer too much dialogs.

Ortlewyn, made him a mix of an NPC and an enemy. That turned out better than I expected.

Now I think the same should be done with Aristocratic Spy(enemy in Powers In Noriath's Corner) and Officer of the Inquisition Guard (NPC in the same Powers In Noriath's Corner).

Could you please take care of these two, Knuckles? When you have you Shadow chara in this area of course.

  6. Thank you Ysne. Now we have somebody to take a shot of this spy's stats as an enemy. Since I don't have any more or less developed charas in the Shadow Path it would take me a lot to take this pic (because chara developing would be included). Your character is a shadow one, isn't it? Why couldn't you take this pic?

  7. I wasn't when I tried but per Silver's post it looks like a little space snuck in there that I didn't see.

Sorry, but after working with Noriath NPC for some time I understood it were actually two spaces. You named the page about the temple 'Sacred2:Noriath's Temple' while all the wiki pages have the names starting with 'Sacred 2'.

  8. Added some NPCs from the Noriath's Temple.

    Priest Aleya

Aristocratic Spy He is an enemy as well as the NPC, yet for now I described only the NPC side of him.

    Andra (quest giver for Whoops)

Alethea (seraphim from Whoops, I decided to create a page for her too, she's still an NPC after all)

Would continue working tomorrow. My head is hitting the keyboard now.

I'm planning to make Ortlewyn a NPC as well as the enemy (I mean to add the NPC description to the existing enemy page). It is also necessary to make the mentioned spy an enemy as well as the NPC (to add his stats to the page).

Oh, my... I just noticed a typo somebody made in Spy's pagename. I created a page from the link in the Noriath's Temple before noticing that this link says Aristrocratic Spy! More correction work is needed now...

    EDIT

Moved the spy to his properly named page. All the links are blue now.

    /EDIT

  9. Thank you. I've read the list at the end of the install process long time ago and understood that your actual work was bigger than this. I was curious about a complete list. I hope I'd get an access to the office someday and would be able to look at it... Don't bother yourself with it though. There really is no need to hurry. I can't be very active now anyway.

  10. Alright. We've started working in this thrilling brand new article :)

First of all, we need an introduction so that readers know what is all this about, as well as a few bullet points to mmm... point out the features of the CM-patch. Any ideas and info provided are really appreciated, specially from those who work in such a big project and know what's done and what's to be done.

    Thanks in advance

Are you also planning to finally make a section for all the CM-only quests? Since I promised to work with quest-descripting section of the wiki, I wanted to make a descriptions of all the quests that were added in CM. And to make notes about all bug fixes if possible.

@czevak: Is it possible to get such a list (I mean the list of the added and altered quests)?

  11. That idea about the portal list is a nice one. I'm a bit surprised there isn't such a list in the wiki yet. And maybe it would make a scence to add a comment about the nearest portal to all the quests (or quest-givers) too.

I think I'd continue with Noriath's Temple today. I'm planning to do its NPCs and take a look at the quests if I'd have enough time.

  12. http://www.sacredwiki.org/index.php5/Sacred2:Noriath's_Temple

There are two quests that refer to this area as Noriath's Corner. I'm not sure if you want to do anything about this or not.

Sorry, I know that I'm late, yet I still wanted to say one thing. According to what NPCs say, Noriath's Corner is the area in North-Western Tyr Lysia, while Noriath's Temple is just a part of it. Some of the quests, like the one about white griffin have nothing to do with the Temple yet still take place in Noriath's Corner. Maybe we should mention it somehow.

By the way, how came that in Seraphim's Whoops quest Noriath's Temple link is red? And why isn't it mentioned in its description?

    EDIT

Don't bother yourself though. Looks like I have some time, so I'd fix it.

    /EDIT

  13. Done with those digging guys from the Temple Ruins. I did a personal page for each of them, but since they are connected and take part in the same dialog the general description on their pages is the same. I think I'll try to make a page for little Zaman now. And to find out more about the reward too.

  14. Three Cheers for Silver! Those pages are looking really nice.

    The Runemaster's Son http://www.sacredwiki.org/index.php5/Sacred_2:The_Runemaster's_Son

Zaman (the son) has a red link.

    Thank you very much, Ysne.

I'd do those quest guys, but probably not today. By the way, the reward listed for the Runemaster's Son is not entirely correct. If I'm not mistaken, you could get the runes only in the single player. Even in the multiplayer campaign you can get only experience and gold. Probably that's because there could be different charas in the party. Would check this fact again later.

Now I'm after those two sneaky archeologists digging in the Temple Ruins. I wanted to ask if there is a term for illegal archeologists in english. In russian adventure books they are sometimes called 'black archeologists', yet I'm not sure if this term exists in english. Could you please tell me how to call them?

  15. That's settled then (I'm talking about quests).

I almost finished the hologram from the temple ruins. By the way, there is an NPC missing here as well. If you aren't TG you could find those two who dug him out here. The dialog they offer (yes, you'd have to talk to them both) is quite funny. And those NPCs are NOT single-player only, the note about the Nun on the Monastery of Light page is wrong. I talk to all these NPC in LAN-mode to take the screens, in open-net and closed-net CAMPAIGN they are there too. Though they'd show up only when you enter their location.

I'd look for those NPCs later. I'm too tired to do more pages today.

    EDIT

    The Hologram is blue now.

    /EDIT

  16. Thank you, Ysne. I'd go through quests again, since I'm intended to make better screenshots for some things. I'd check those red links later. Sorry, I'm a bit short of time right now, that's why I'm doing only the little things like NPC pages.

By the way, Orphas the dragon is also blue now. Actually I have a couple of other screens of him. I just considered this one the funny one. Though if you want his page to have a picture him without a Dragon Mage in sight, just note me about that, it won't be a problem.

I wasn't sure how a page for a nameless captain from the DM's starting islang should be named, so I created this one: Captain - The Dragon Mage. Since the name of this place is uncertain, I named it after the quest this captain takes part into.

So all the guys from the DM's island are now blue and can be found here (the first part of the DM's main-quest).

  17. A bar fight! Somebody, please, stop them!

In other words, I made the pages for all the NPCs in the The Sleepy Badger. I added the Inquisitor you may find if you are playing any other character to the NPC list. Also took a couple of screenshots of the place. Added one of them to the photos, since I happen to like it. By the way, how do you think, whether or not I should add the one you can see above too.

  18. Sorry for multy-posting, but I can't get a permission to edit my last post.

Now I'm going to make some NPCs blue.

    I'm working with:

DM's start NPCs: the dragon and the captain (his fellow student was done some time ago. It was the first page I've done for wiki).

Inquisitor's start NPCs: the landlord and the guest.

By the way, there is one more NPC in The Sleepy Badger. When you are not an Inquisitor, the guy he is supposed to poison could be found in that inn. I'll make him a page too.

Maybe, I'd also make a hologram from TM's beginning.

I sincerely hope, I'd have enough time for them today.
