Hi, just a small question-suggestion.
Have you considered adding/changing the NPCs in the wastelands in order to achieve a better final battle effect?
Honestly, the liosilath guardians may be OK for the sacred storyline, but wouldn't be angels and archangels be better in the diablo mod? we rarely see any seraphims truly fighting against their counterparts in sacred, I belive it would look much better having the newly designed angels fighting against the hordes of demons and inquisitors in d2fallen.
Maybe even adding some classic inquisitors to the common nimonuil guards, or eventually some elite inquisition guards (like the officer met during the main quest " Thwarted Attack Plans").

Amazing work, those angels are very well made and Aion's wing models fit perfectly.
Are the tyrael energy wings attached to the armor and form a complete non-separable model or are they wearable even without the rest?

OK I've looked into the Smite bug that leaves you frozen and unable to move. It happens sometimes when you use Smite and then immediately hold left click to use normal attacks.
Solution: I've found that every time this bug happened, using Smite again always helped break me free of the "freeze." Can anyone else confirm this solution?
To avoid this in the first place, simply take a step before attacking, or just wait a moment. There seems to be only a split second moment directly after teleporting that this bug can occur. You can also avoid it by putting another attack after Smite in a combo.
Can confirm, using smite again cancels any freezing.

There are a few cool and quite unused locations which may fit for a boss/superunique, for example:
- The circle of ancient pillars between Clearview ruins and benny's corn field : http://I.imgur.com/abEC6n8.jpg
- Fortress Reikenstein's Dungeons
- Abandoned Chapel ontop of a hill next to the Grunwald portal (has a quite dark and creepy look)
- Stone circle next to the burned village south of Artmark's Gate
- Tomb of the ancestors next to Artmark's gate
- Crag Rock (region with those enormous trees behind the Banshee dungeon)
- Stone Arena next to Ruka
- Secret passage under Ruka's portal (basically a narrow dungeon with a shrine to an Orc hero)

Well here are some suggestions:
The Smith could be based of the S1 Hell Golem model (http://www.sacredwiki.org/images/Enemies/monsters/hellgolemgreypic.jpg)
Fangskin shares some similarities with S1's wreathed chokers (http://www.sacredwiki.org/images/Enemies/monsters/WreathedChokerMOnsters.jpg)
Battlemaid Sarina could either be an Inquisition Guard or you could try to implement the S1 model of Dark Elf Matriarchs (http://www.sacredwiki.org/images/Enemies/elves/darkelvenpriestesselves.jpg)
Icehawk riftwing could either be a S1 Golem or even a Sakkara Demon
The members of the travincal high council (ismail and company) could be made of Sacred 2 high elf inquisitors (or human dark mages).
Izual is supposedly a fallen angel, so I guess that either the Dark Seraphim or the common Seraphim with a black and white version of sophia's armor could fit. Yeah I know he's a huge male demon-boss in the game, but nobody minds boobs once in a while.
Diablo (actually, Diablo in D3), bears some resemblance with anducar's demon form, might be worth a try?
The three barbarian super uniques in D2 LOD could be replaced with shadow warrior npcs using a pretty set of armor and weapons.
Some other models which have been rarely used in game could also work out as bosses/superuniques, as they are either useless NPCs or very rarely seen: Witches , Undead Legion Mages, S1's Anducar and Shaddar, etc.
Another funny idea for superuniques would be actual characters (like those in the Age of Heroes mod) using a certain set of skills, emulating pvp. Considering the new mounts should also work if used for NPCs, I belive battling a high elf boss riding her dragon pet would be quite amazing.

Hi again, are you possibly accepting suggestions about eventual new super-uniques or locations which may fit for a special enemy?

Another small bug report. The new version (0.3) does not contain the .gr2 files for the new druid headgear (wolfpelt and whatseoever).
I had to download the files from the previous relase to be able to see them in game.

Oh okay, I visited the merchant with paladin and druid, that's why. Thanks for the clarification!

Hey I just gave a try to the new update and I must say the new enemies are quite cool.
However, I've noticed that the paladin's holy bolts can oneshot enemies/bosses flagged as undead/demons if they happen to crit. (for example, I shot mephisto a few times and when I got a crit strike on him, he immediately died).
Also, I've found your unique mount merchant in the jungle, however the mounts sold did not display any icon nor any name (they were randomly named "item","divine item" etc), and they were not visible when purchased and summoned. I suppose the merchant itself wasn't meant for relase yet considering the lack of new mount data. Just letting you know in case you want to remove it or whatsoever.

(Please make a backup of any files you are possibly going to edit!)
The easiest way to get a specific item or even whole sets, is adding it as reward to a silly side quest inside the quest.txt (scripts/server folder). The most fitting quest for this purpose is the Rune tutorial. (if you did it in campaign mode already, just start a new game on a different difficulty or a simple Free Play game on LAN).
First of all, you need to find the blueprint ID of the item you wish to get.
For example 4109 is the ID for Horns of the Forest God.
Now search for the reward script for your class of the quest needed:
Use the search function and look for : "S_HE_2c_DY_nn-Tutorial_Runemaster_Runedrop",
(note: DY stands for dryad, thus apply the same logic on any other character)
You'll find yourself infront of this:
quest.createQuest(3081, { id = 3081, name = "S_HE_2c_DY_nn-Tutorial_Runemaster_Runedrop", questtype = 3, silent=1, ismainquest = 0, mainquestchapter = 0, questbookstrategy = 0, continues_quest_id = 946, continues_bookentry = 2891, forpathnot = 0, reservedforpath = 0, reservedforhero = 2, reservedforgod = 0, reward_exp=0, reward_gold=0, reward_drop=0, reward_attr=0, reward_skill=0, report_required = 0, dangerclass=1, author_ready = 0, qa_ready = 0, releasestage = 30, progress = 0, autostart = 0, anyprequest = 0, showdlgonwin = 0, lostondecline = 0, rewards = { {1491,0}, {1479,0}, },
The final numbers you see there (1491 and 1479) are the blueprint IDs of the oirignal rewards for the quest, which are usually two runes for your class. The 0s following the ID stand for the quantity. 0 by default means 1 item only. switch to 2 if you want to get the reward twice, et caetera.
Switch the IDs with those of the items you want to obtain and save the file.
Thus: 1491 -> 4109 .
Start a new game, complete the quest and pick up your reward, done.
This method may seem a little unorthodox and complicated, but trust me when you get used to it, it will be much faster than attempting to drop a whole set randomly from mobs.

Hello there,
I've always been fascinated by the amazing Endijian energy-wings, however I am not a fan of military/pseudo-technological armor, hence why I've been trying to isolate the energy part from the terribly ugly backpack they are attached to.
I've managed to turn the backpack invisible by editing the alpha channel of the .dds texture, however the energy wings remain separated from the body by a quite huge gap, which is not very appealing in my opinion.
I suppose I'd need to edit the 3D model directly in order to achieve the wanted result, but I'm not very skilled at it.
Would it be possible for any of the skilled modders which are still lurking around this forum to help me with my little project?
What I'm wishing, in short terms, is :
-complete removal of the Backpack from the Ancient-Wing.gr2.
-complete removal of the resulting gap between energy wing and character.
-possible increase of the size of the energy wings (by x1.5 or x2).
Thanks in advance and sorry for this little dumb request.
Cheers

I had some doubts about the seriousness of it after reading about sausage dogs and goblins, along with naked lords with flower bouquets everywhere :>

- No Blessed Hammer? Whyyyyyyyyyyyy? If you think you can help me build Blessed Hammer into Sacred 2 you are more than welcome to join me and I'll add it to the lineup.
Not sure if it has been suggested before, but instead of making a swirling circle of damaging hammers for the paladin, like D2 Blessed hammer, you could go for a single blow from an ethereal weapon, inspired to the concept.
The SW's ghosthand spell could fit for that purpose, expecially if you change the glow from green to blue, fitting the holy/celestial style of the paladin.
Just a small suggestion, pls don't hit me for my blasphemy!

During one of the first Blood Forest sequences, the flying-demon-eyes cast a lightning spell (same animation as Seraphim's lightning) from the bottom of their tentacles on a zombie, killing it.
( That's when you realize creatures inside the Blood Forest are actually fighting eachother and thus begins your investigation on the causes of the conflict within the land. )
I have seen them doing it only in that situation, though. Should be a scripted quest step, not a spell in the spell.txt , in my opinion.

Hello there,
I'm not sure if I'm the first one to post about this, however I was wondering if it has ever been considered to reproduce Sacred 1 Seraphim's default equipment for Sacred 2 characters.
I belive it would turn out to be a majestic set, expecially if someone managed to reproduce the Dream Netting of the Gods Shield and the classical seraphim recurve blade (Astrala's Cutter for example) aswell.
Please don't misunderstand me, I'm very well aware of the huge amount of work behind such creations, I'm just wondering if someone ever thought about it.
Cheers.
