Im having the same problem as DASPIL, I can't drag & drop blacksmith enhancement or see their description when hovering the mouse over them. Tested with the core mod only and the problem still persist. It doesn't seem to be Steam's fault.
first: great work with the mod! made me play this game again
but I am having the same problem, it's not possible to interact with the blacksmith enhancements, even after skilling "smithing"
