[Failure to hit]

I have just experienced it. I play with a Seraphim level 67 using swords and my enemy was a Slave Outcast level 52. So despite my chance to hit was 98%, I did not manage to hit him, and the Seraphin was brandishing her weapon some 60 times. I looked at the stats and my chance to hit is generally over 80% against common monsters.

I am experiencing a strange problem. When I want to hit a monster and point a cursor on him, the hero is brandishing its weapon in the air, but the monster is not hit. It happens with every hero many times during a game. I have a CP and I play on a laptop. 

[Save game not compatible]

My computer turned off when I played Sacred 2 and when I started the game again it turned out that instead of two characters in the menu I have "Save game not compatible!" 
Is there any way to recover the characters?

[Epic Office Quest Changes for CM Patch 1.60]

I have a problem with this quest. 
For all heroes which I played with before applying the patch, and who had started the quest and found some of the employees:
- all found employees are back on the place they were
- all have ! avove their heads
- all found don't react at all when clicked on
- all unfound before applying the patch respond as if the quest has not started
- the description in the Logbook shows the quest
- the quest giver does not have any mark so the quest has started

Any advice?
