Fabulous Quest. We actually all did it online together, was one of the best online experiences I've had with my friends here. Schot split us all up, and we reconnoitered all later on, tracking down all the peeps. Was a great test of patience and skill...and some of the areas in the world just weren't all that easy and might dangerous.
Marvelous quest, and time with friends.
gogo
Need to run this again!

As long as they aren't letting other areas of the game suffer to focus on customization, I am all for it.

Nah, a level 2 is for equipping all new characters with gear that should hopefully last them up to the next bargainer (generally 15ish).
-
On the topic of bargaining, and not to hijack the thread, but is there any real reason to add more points into bargaining (via gear) once all the items at merchants are yellows?

I'm listening to 181.FM - The Buzz.
Current track is.. Apocalyptica f/Adam Gontier - I Don't Care (fitting song, seeing that I'm having a less than fun day at work)

Welcome! It's always good to see more modders..

Bought this for my GF as a congratulatory present for getting a new job. Very cool jewelery: http://morphologica.com.au

This is a nice looking setup. With a pile of magic staffs building up I might use this as a blacksmith.

Logically you will need 2, 45 & 80 much more often than 120, 150 and 200.
So I figure it makes sense to setup a 2 and then start on the 45 (I'd probably add a 15 in there too). This will give you a good base for future characters. From there you can build a few toons and see how you go, eventually setting one up as a shopper at 80, 120, etc..
You would want something in between 45 and 80 if you were gonna set up a chain of shoppers. Mainly because you will almost certainly move from silver to gold at level 60 and new gear will help alot against the harder enemies.
Indeed. I was just using the levels claudius had in his original post.
I would think 5, 15, 45, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200 would be the best spread, but that's a lot of slots just for shoppers.

In an effort to repay the community for the amazing hospitality I have been shown switching to PC, I am giving away what is left of my xbox items and I want Dark Matters members to have them.
If you want any of these, PM or leave a message here (be sure to include what you are after) and we can organise to meet on XBL. My gamertag is dunet. I live in Australia and my evenings (easiest time to get on) are usually US/EU mornings.

These are all types of 'wounds', right?long, arduous, exhausting, detailed, deep, frustrating, bug-ridden. -
60, with 95% accuracy.

p.s. Woody those are AWESOME pix. You always find the fun mate! *high fives* And... we met up with peeps today. Timo, Dreeft and Claudius!
Sorry to hear about your death Timo!
What is the deal with the 'HoldUp' quest? I did that a couple of times yesterday without any problems? Is it simply the fact that the enemies spawn at the level of the game creator?

Still playing?

I absolutely agree. I moderate other forums, including one of almost 200,000 users and the general "vibe" of the place is horrid. There are small pockets of people who are friendly, generally those in a sub-forum that is specific to their location or preference of some sort, but there are much bigger areas of the site such as Off-Topic that are particularly deplorable.
Very different to a game site, but it's the same feeling I get on almost every forum I join. The only exception I can think of is software forums (although developers can get a bit childish).
Dark Matters is an island in a sea of lame.

Much thanks for that run Loco, appreciate it.
