So if I completed now campaing on bronze and I start silver and do some quests on silver can I play again on bronze with full completed campaing?

You can return to bronze at any time. the campaign will remain completed however. and at about level 26 your drops will max out on level and not allow you to get gear at your level anymore . And bronze monsters will not give you very good experience so It is recommended to run silver.

This can also be a good thing. Once you get to level 50 or so, and you want to make a new character, bronze will be a place to find lower level gear. Since you'll be a high level, you can easily kill bosses in 1-2 hits in most cases.
