the Grand Invigoration buff gives High Elves HP regen. Without this, you won't have it, unless you have mastered constitution

Unless your talking about Combat Art regeneration penalty. That also is helped by Grand Invigoration Buff.

 

Delphic Arcane Focus helps to raise the effectiveness of GI when many,many runes are read. Delphic Arcane Lore helps to increase the bonuses from the Mods taken for the GI buff also. and in you choose Ice focus for your gold mod. Taking the regen bonus mod on Crystal skin further improves the regens of the ice aspect. get em all modded and points into Delphic and Mystic lores and focuses and you have yourself a very powerful HE with spamable Combat Arts.

 

There are 2 builds I use to base all my HE characters from. They are similar in that they are both Delphic based. But both add Ice and/or Fire as a secondary aspects and those secondaries really ends up being the main aspects by level 100 or so.
