Shattered Rift 2 Posted June 9, 2010 Share Posted June 9, 2010 No, you can't. Set pieces are one(?) rarity above what can be bought. (I don't remember the exact details: there's something like fifteen(?) tiers of items. Or, like, four(?) tiers and three(?) sub-tiers in each.) Link to comment

Item quality levels vs EP/MF/Bargaining, this is Antitrusts topic on the tiers for quality of items. I believe tiers 13-15 are not available from merchants Link to comment
