PC Sacred 2 Questions

Hey im on ps3 version of the game I know one of the many asked questions for consoles is do legendaries drop on console? yes indeed my friend I have a impenetrable protector lev 100 but I have a question for pc... iv seen alot of cm patch dls and what not so basically you can download legendary set items and weapons without having to find them? so meens like you can have basically any rare weapon you want? I would appreciate if a pc user would rep to this post
