Tactical genius set question

It is probably not possible, but is there a way to get a better chance for tactical genius set piece drops than other sets? Or perhaps a place where more set pieces tend to drop? It seems trading is very hard to do, even with forums, so I cannot even trade what I have for what I need. There never seems to be enough people on to trade, is it just me or are there only a score of people on the US servers at any given time?

I got some spare parts, I miss 2 for full set but I got plenty of guantles and helmets if u need, even the shoes I think. what level are you?

sorry I just saw that you wrote US servers, I have a us account but it isnt.. well started -.- got to wait for the merge

 

just go and frenzirampage orcs. how I get the most of the set parts I have :/
