I'm wondering if I should get the lock mod or the explode mod...

 

Seems like lock is if you intend it as a ranged attack while explode is better if you intend to tank someone and slam it in their face. Is this correct?

Get lock, there are too many times when you will fire and just watch your target move a little and there goes a waste of a spell

word, nothing is more annoying if you use it as a one hit killer (with a bit of a reg then obviusly) and the stupid Barsteard shift his foot and you miss

I use the explode mod. It makes my Archangel Wrath-->Flaring Nova combo do massive Area of Effect damage. lots of fun.

I WOuld Go For Lock, For The Above Reasons, Unless Your Using It For A Boss Killer....They Dont Tend To Move As Quick.
