Avatar problems

Hi all! I'm having problems with my avatar. It won't display when I post something. Does anyone have any ideas? Any and all comments will be welcome. Thanks again.

Actually, the pic I wanted to use is in my photo album. Is that allowed? Also, I don't see my flag either when I post. Any help I can get from the "Genius crowd" will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Gogo.

Sher you can make it work...can you please post the link here to the bucket or image shack where it's hosted? I can then insert it into your profile. I think what's happening here is that we're allowing uploads to profile photos but no uploads anywhere else on this forum. What you can do is upload your chosen pic to bucket and then put the link they give you into your profile for sigs and/or just post the link they give you here in this thread and I can put it in for you.
