  3. not to be an ass but an airco might not be cheap .. it's never gonna be cheap either... unles you're running it on solar power .. it costs tons of electricity .... a Fan is cheaper in electricity use ( and cheaper to buy

  6. well here it is .. my first recipe for these hot days (it's 31 degrees out here and it's not a dry heat /blink ) ingredients for 4 people 400 grams of fresh spinach ( not chopped but intact leaves) a lump of Feta ( goat cheese ) a bunch of cherry tomatoes ( u know .. thos small sweet tomatoes ) Garlic ( lot's of it ) vinegar ( just a drop ) olive oil ( a nice lil swimming pool will do. enough to cover the bottom of the bowl) Mayonaise ( bout a spoonfull any spoon will do /rolleyes ) Mustard ( 2 teaspoons ) sweet sour pickles ( 2 or 3 depending on the size ) coffee creamer ( not the powderystuff but the milk ) 4 eggs 1 yellow paprika ( if that is the proper english word ) salt, pepper to you're own liking ( I like it sharp .. some people don't ) preparation: start off with the olive oil and vinegar in a large bowl ( and I mean LARGE cuz 400 grams of uncooked spinach is a lot ) mix it and add the mayonaise, salt, pepper, coffee creamer and mustard. in the mean time start cooking the eggs till the yellow stuff ( again language barrier here ) is hardened out .. 6 to 8 minutes will suffice. cut the Feta in small dice about a cm big ( or small ) and mix it through the dressing, cut the paprika ( yellow pepper:) ) in small bits and add those too. clean the Garlic and smash it to bits with the side of your knife or a garlic press. add that too. ( I like a lot of garlic .. but some poeple don't ..... you can make this recipe with out it but it just wont taste the same /whistle ) cut up the pickles in small pieces too and add those to the mix, cut the cherry tomatoes in half ( and no smaller ) and toss those in as well. ( see I told u you needed a big bowl ) in the mean time your eggs will probably have cooked long enough .. scare em with cold water ( for easier peeling ) and let em cool down a bit ( again for easier peeling if u don't like burnt fingers B) ) if the spinach hasn't been washed yet do this now.. and make sure it's done properly ( sand often is a nasty sidedish with spinach ) when washed take a hand full at the time and let about half of the leaves stick out. grab that half with your other hand aand move your hands against eachother so the spinach rips. do this with the whole 400 grams ( yeah yeah yeah I know.. it's a lot ! told u to get a big bowl B) ) after each hand of spinach stir the spinach through the dressing and mix it well. when al that is done your eggs wil have cooled down enough to peel. do this and after that cut em in 4 ( equal) parts, put em on top of the now prepared spinach salad and it has a nice finishing touch.
