Yes it does, and I also cleaned up any remaining files of Sacred. but that problem got taken care of. Though now I have another problem, heh. I can't update the darn game further than 2.31. Found out that maybe it has something to do with the 2.34 (and also all other patches above 2.31) updater checking the MD5 checksum on either sacred2update.dat or paul.dll files, since they change checksum AFTER the install for some unknown reason. Though I can't get the original files cause I have a UK_international version (ver. 1.0.2.0), and those aren't on the dvd, but are included in the 2.10 patch.....

Hello, I've got a problem. I recently installed Sacred 2 and tried to update, but after a few tries and not being the wise one and search for a solution my impatience took over and I did a manual un-install of the game. I then tried to re-install it. It went fine with disc 1, but when the installer asked for the next disc and I inserted disc 2 it couldn't be recognized. I tried a few times to hit 'ok' but still the same message, please insert next disc. So I cancelled the installation thinking I'd go for another try. Bad call I guess. Now whenever I try installing I get this error: "This database contains the resources and logic to insta (setup.exe) has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I've tried removing SecuRom, PhysX, registration informations for both the game and SecuRom just to make sure no remains are left. But to no avail it seems. OS: WinXP SP3 fully updated Machine: AMD Athlon 64 4000+ 2.4GHz 3GB RAM Graphics card: Nvidia 7800 GT Any help would be appreciated.
