  1. I didnt mean that it was already in the game. It's like Buffy's Scythe. U only have to create it, but not imagine it as there are pics of it.

     

    About the mods, the 3 last ones have to be a must, but I'm not sure about the first one. Perhaps Chance for critical hits +X% (Sword Mastery) may be better. I think it doesnt matter if the bonuses are a bit high (mods at least) because they are modified by sword lore (by the mastery actually), so they're not a static value and will fluctuate depending on your skill level. So having high-value mods is balanced with the loss in skill points :)

    Btw, there was an odd thing with the picture link at first. This can be useful for those interested in linking pics. In this case, when we tried to link X page to X pic (X pic means [[image]] or www.sacredwiki.org/index.php5/Image), we linked it not to the pic, but to the article were the pic is host. So to get the right link, you have to go to the article, http://www.sacredwiki.org/index.php5/Image:Sacred2.png for instance, and then click on the picture http://www.sacredwiki.org/images/2/21/Sacred2.png) lol it was so easy at the end :P

  3. It seems that everybody is making propositions for the CM-patch... I'll do the same :P

     

    My idea is quite simple: A physical damage focused 2h sword for SW (legendary). As we all know, physical damage has been a bit scorned in Sacred 2. A wide majority of enemies have insane physical resistances and thanks to damage conversors everything has changed. Damnit in S1 all weapons were mainly physical! ^^

     

    Furthermore, I've been curious from the very beginning about the famous sword a SW is wielding in some pics.

    It looks like a really heavy weapon, and suits the brutal physical damage, a raw piece of metal :D so at least we have an idea of its appearance and it won't be that difficult to create, since it doesn't have to be made up.

     

    In my opinion, this sword has to be "overpowered" so that it can compete against "normal" weapons, but picking out modifiers that would only benefit the physical damage type. I was thinking about a very high damage base, as it will be for SW only (like Executioner's Axe or Tervon's Might) 4 modifiers and 1 or 2 gold sockets:

     

    Chance for Double Hit +X% / Chance to hit additional opponents +X% (Sword Mastery)

    Damage: Physical +X%

    Opponent's armor: Physical -X%(Sword Mastery)

    Chance to inflict serious open wounds +X%(Sword Mastery)

     

    Any suggestions?

  4. I'm not really into dryads, but I've seen enough to say that they are really tough. I would like a completely offensive bonus, like chance to disregard armor, deathblow, all skills, direct damage, double hit even, etc. As a full set bonus, I'd like something epic, special and odd, something you can't get anywhere else. For example Chance to pierce (projectiles perforate). I think that could be interesting.

  5. I just noticed one funny fact: All the dialogs and logs on some Zeno's pages are in spanish. I think, we'd have to change these pics when we would have some time. I just ran into this while looking at the Manners maketh Kobold, but I think that there may be more.

     

    lol that's cool :D How did u know it was in spanish? ^^ Btw if u need a hand here I'll be glad to help (with quests I mean). Making the pictures of the sets can be a bit boring :P

  6. How do you think, whether or not it'd be a good idea to list all the items that were added in CM, at least in red links. I just thought that their names are well-known to the CM-team, so it is possible to list them all even before they would be found in game.

     

    That sounds great dude. I'll try to make those red links blue :D

     

    Btw is there a way to change the gameplay boxes background as they were before? (blue instead of black) I'd like to keep all item pics with the same background.

  7. Alright. We've started working in this thrilling brand new article :)

     

    First of all, we need an introduction so that readers know what is all this about, as well as a few bullet points to mmm... point out the features of the CM-patch. Any ideas and info provided are really appreciated, specially from those who work in such a big project and know what's done and what's to be done.

    No, you are definitely not dreaming. The english name would be "The Scythe of the Slayer" if you had the updated english global.res in your locale folder.

     

    Does anyone recognize the design? ;)
