  1. I appreciate all of the input you guys have given me. Perhaps I'll try GW on the PC and stick to Sacred 2 on PS3. Unfortunately I haven't touched my PS3 since we have built the new PC; and I owe it all to Starcraft 2! Don't get me wrong Sacred 2 is very enjoyable, but one of my biggest issues is the amount of time that must be put in. I'm pretty productive and busy between work and the lady of course. So it seems like some (a lot) of you have actually played GW for a while there. I had no idea that it was classified as an MMORPG. I'm not sure how many of you will remember this...... It was about 5 years ago, give or take before GW's actual release. They had a day set up that you could sign up for, download the client, and join in the beta fun with an already partially leveled character. I participated and if I remember right, I found it very hard (granted it was only beta for 24 hours or so) to find members to party up with or to even get the snobby people in the towns to talk or help you out with anything. Would any of you who have played GW's be generous enough to break down the multiplayer experience a little more? Thanks!
  2. Well to start off I've just started playing Sacred 2 for PS3. I found Sacred 2 to be a pretty ample replacement for my old Diablo 2 LOD addiction. I do enjoy playing on the PS3 but the ambiance is isn't the same as playing this form of game on the PC. My brother and I (we live together) just went halves and built a new PC. I'm looking into getting either Sacred 2 or Guild Wars. Here's where the question comes in. I was a HUGE fan of Diablo 2 LOD because of the multi player, tons of traders, pvper's, power leveler's, clan's and etc. I understand that you're all probably strictly Sacred 2 fans, however if I'm looking for a game for pc with an excellent multi player experience; is Sacred 2 the better way to go or should I lean towards Guild Wars? Please be honest! Thanks everyone!
  3. Thanks, I must have breezed through too fast!
  4. Thanks for all the welcomes :-). Silly question, but is there a guide for building your bargaining character? I checked out the inquisitor and high elf guides and didn't see one. Oh and I've put in 6 hrs and 53 minutes of face time to achieve level 17! Wow lol, time really does fly when you're playing that game. Does that seem about average or am I leveling slower than average? If that's average I'd hate to see what you have to do to achieve level 200! Thanks for all of the help and I'm sorry for all of the noob questions!
  5. I've finally found a supplement for my old D2 LOD addiction! Currently I'm working on a dual wield SW and have viewed the guides and have my character mapped out for the most part. I just have some quick questions for you old pro's. I'm currently level 17 and I'm not doing bad, I've died once in silver so far. Bargaining - is it worth it? Really worth it? I find that the drops I have found so far have more then sufficed for playing. If I go the bargaining route I know I'm taking away from other skills. What about 1 skill into bargaining and the rest from relics? Would that accomplish a whole lot? I also just discovered that people still play this game online! It's a little hard to find multiple games at my current level, but I understand that's a level thing. Oh and I'm open to hand outs! Hahah cheers! EDIT: Grammar :-)
