Here is where the falls of Gronkor's Outlook feed, located in the far southern part of Entruag; map-jumping you can actually see the view quite well.

 

 

So, "Where is the high elf in the screenshot just above?" you might ask.

 

 

She is beneath the spray and flow of the falls, marveling at the lush grasses that seem to flourish in this damp atmosphere, here where she had expected to see but rock and stone.

Here is a point at which the falls of Libi's Pratfall converge, a sight totally lost to they who do not map-jump. Perhaps if good Sir Flix would outfit us all with winged mounts we could all be witness to such wonders. Please make mine a felicitous fabled fearless flying frost unicorn.

During my underwater map-jumping journey to the small uncharted island located in Bluestone lake, following the lead of the great explorer SX255, I too encountered the Queen (Archon Dyria D'Arquelyght) and Hypnotoad. Once again, the whole experience had an eerie surreal feel to it.

This is the fully articulated skeleton of a lizardman. I wonder what he was doing in this frigid environment, for not being endothermic, his chances of surviving here were indeed minimal at best.

Speaking of the totems of the native human dwellers of the plains of the Northwestern region of the Americas, the resemblance of these wooden artifacts to such "totem poles" is indeed uncanny. Once again, I am confounded by the chance that I would be so well informed about an obscure fact of this sort.

This appears to be a piece of Polenesian statuary, perhaps a Tiki god of some sort. It also bears some resemblance to the totems fashioned long ago by the indiginous humans of the northwest American plains and Alaska. This is indeed perplexing, I wonder how I know that...."

I'm happy to have stumbled upon this thread. I read through most of it very well, and seem to have my settings pretty well in order now. However, if there were a way to have an increased angle of tilt downward (looking down) with zoom out it might make navigating and fighting in enclosed areas easier, especially caves, where walls can get in the way. It would take a lot of effort to post a Wiki article outlining what each of the parameters that affect the camera are and what changes could be made to them as well as what they would look like with screen shots. Regardless, if there is a way to be adjust the optionsCustom text file so that one could look downward a bit more when zoomed out, it would be great to know how. If anyone could post a helpful reply it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

 

With the improvements in the Gold Edition of Sacred 2 Fallen Angel and the Community Patches, the easy to adjust settings now allows for an easily customizable view and provides for the tweaking needed to fine tune ones settings to the satisfaction of most individuals. However, "Boss Cam" and "Screen Shake" are not disabled to the dissatisfaction, I would imagine, of many. It is worth mentioning here for there may indeed be those yet playing the vanilla version and because GOG has Sacred 2 Gold so deeply discounted and so often on sale it would be a boon for anyone who has a genuine love of the game to upgrade. Additionally, the other enhancements to the game and map expansion are plusses as well. Forsooth, go thee hence and make the Gold thy own!
