This is likely my favorite music from the game; my toons seem to linger in Urthak's Moxie a bit longer than need be in order to hear it yet again.
"Dear Arch Mage Idhrenion, I took this selfie with my new friend, a lonely hippocampus. I have met so many of the interesting creatures about which I learned at the academy. Please offer my kind regards to my fellow students. Sincerely, More'findiel."

"I fail to understand how these little ragamuffins can travel so calmly, oblivious to the relentlessly militant undead and vile, pugnacious Kobolds. They seem to be protected by arcane means; I will yet bash the bones of this undead into splinters, just to be certain.

All I have done recently is add links the the downloads for the Officer's Saber and Sheild of Mirrors which I had recently uploaded. I wish that I had more time as their are quests still missing, especially in the swamp region.
I'm really looking forward to obtaining your other High Elf sets, Daniat. They are indeed exciting to look at and imagine ones toon wearing them. I agree with Gogo, good job Daniat and xcessive for your hard work.
Oh, and for players like me, I like your new Delphic Arcania High Elf build Daniat, but prefer to bulid it by using your pattern, rather than just downloading it already in a state of completion. Somehow, it is more fun that way. Good job on that as well. Huzzah!
Anyone who would appreciate the help, I'm willing to correct the grammar and/or spelling in their new Wiki posts. Let me know and I will try to comply in a timely manner, as my schedule permits.

I think my horse is of the undead variety.
That is quite plausible, yet, perhaps that particular breed respires via its two auricles.

Roger, will comply... surprisingly, I don't recall seeing any of the four images, which you posted, ingame. I'll keep an eye out, Sir Flix.

"There is just no telling what one may find in a cave around here. I suppose that some theives have hidden these lovley paintings in here for the time being."
Do you remember where this cave was? I replaced all the paintings with new art as easter eggs for the D2 mod and now I have to track them all down in game to get a look at them. So far, I found 12/21. 9 more to go.
There are two caves off the Dragon Sea coast near the Orc-Thag Clan Villiage. You should find them in at least one of the two.

It sure has some similarities, yet alas, it is somewhere else indeed. This next screenshot should prove that this is a place within the game where few, if any have ever before been.
Yes, of course this selfie was taken completely underwater by my High Elf. Would you like to know just where this may be found? I consider this a true Easter Egg, for it's location is one that is not commonly traveled, as it is not a stream crossing. The fish cannot be readily noticed from the surface and the depth of the water is significant as compared with the two true Torreya Brook crossings that I have before encountered, having seen wolves or Kobolds taking shortcuts across from one bank to the other and followed their course. The fish in the screenshots are so close that they oft graze across Antiel's leg, her facial makeup having dissolved in the flowing current. Of course, she can hold her breath for extended periods of time, as she has many other skills not directly related to her magical arts.

Can anyone place where this is in the game?
Close by is yet a different vantage point; this and a clue is all that I will offer until I have at least one guess. Your possible tip off is this: "I am a location where few people intend to visit."

"Alright, very well, if you insist."
"Now then, that was easy, 'stepping' over the wall."
"Well, I must be on my way forthwith to find that 'special mount' of which I hear tell."

"This mausoleum conceals a most interesting altar, for it appears as if it has a direct line of connection to the god of chaos herself, Ker."

The mausoleum entrance in question is located just adjacent to the red dot in the above screen capture.

"I have never seen two statues of Ker in the same location before. I wonder why they adorn the exterior of this mausoleum, it must be a place for the sinister, evil ones who have passed on."
(Notice how if one looks behind, around the periphery of the door, it appears to open to a lush landscape, not the interior of such a structure.)

"From the ghastly expressions on their faces, it is obvious that these unfortunate souls met with a most horrifying demise. Something must be done to stop these vile worshipers of Ker from performing such nefarious sacrificial acts."

"I accepted the assignment from Principal Throdeth to recover the jewels to pay the annual tax levy of the village, which were stolen by a gang of robbers, and deliver them to Senator Gracchus in Thylysium. Immediately afterward, the Principal of Sloeford went to the Temple of the Gods, just a short walk from his abode, to offer a prayer for my success, yet he has nothing to fear for I shall ever prevail."

Indeed, I seem to recall reading here somewhere way back when, that the CM patch would work added to Ice & Blood but not the original unmodded Sacred 2.
-
Someone please correct me if I am in error, yet is not the Community Patch effective as an addtion to the Sacred 2 Ice and Blood Version and not found to be effectual when added to the original version of (vanilla) Sacred 2?
Regardless, the Gold version is cheap enough now on GOG so getting a copy with all the extras loaded in already is most advisable. Additionally, there are plenty of downloads to equip your character from the start and other Mods to augment the game, many from our good old friend Flix. Have fun, Sir Doglet, and welcome to Dark Matters. Huzzah!

How'd you sneak a High Elf onto Dragon Mage Island? That place is forbidden except for students of Dragon Magic.
How'd you sneak a High Elf onto Dragon Mage Island? That place is forbidden except for students of Dragon Magic.
You need to speak with this gentleman in the mayors house at the start of the game. Hold on to your pants, as he will teleport you all over the forbidden places.
I don't know when he appears, or how to make him do this again. Maybe you need to beat the game on that difficulty or something.
Er.. Wherebouts is this scene? I can't for the life of me place the scene..
Yes, SX255 is correct, it's part of the beginning of the "Bugs" quest that will transport your character there. If one isn't attentive and does not accept the quest on Start Island by contacting the Ogre there, then the quest is forever missed by that particular player. However, there are exceptions, if one completes it in the Silver level, for example, then it may yet be sought once again in the other following levels, Gold, Platinum, & Niob, or Bronze if you wish to backtrack that far and have skipped it by beginning at Silver. If you wish to revisit any one of the forbidden areas after you are transported back to Sloeford after the wild series of teleportations, then you may, so long as you remember to make a quick-save by pressing F10 from the specific location of your choosing. One may, via the quick-save method, find themselves virtually anywhere upon restart of the game, accompanied by their trusty mount, even within dungeons and suchlike.

"Dear professor Idhrenion, I miss you and my fellow students back at the academy and offer my kindest regards. I am sending you this postcard with a picture of me and a very gentle dragon, Ormarr, who I met during my travels. We shared a pleasant conversation and I learned that not all of his ilk are so opposed to the likes of us. As a matter of fact, we are quite the best of friends now and he hopes that I will visit again; he also requested that I bring a wild boar on my return, so that he may barbeque it properly for us to share for dinner. Additionally, he mentioned to me that he has sampled the flesh of humans and that of boars and though quite similar in taste, boars are fatter and much tastier. Finally, he despises the ways that pigs behave and that nowadays, the thought of harming a sentient being such as himself, he finds to be particularly disconcerting. Well, I'm running out of space on this tiny card, so farewell for now.
Your faithful student, Vanafindiel

Here's a bit of eye candy from the game. My toon is completely submerged and has a marvelous view of the small fish as they merrily navigate their underwater paths, blissfully unaware that they are being watched. You may see this amusing spectace yourself should you take a cool dip, crossing the Torreya Brook near the bridge from Twainbrook.
"Oh my, what a treat, the little fishies are having a party near the bridge."

So, are you able to do that trick with the CM patch installed? If so, would you care to share your secret?
