  1. What about if you use Callous Execution's 'Tenacity' (bronze) Mod? "Tenacity - An attack that will slightly recharge all combat arts. (4.9% + 0.1% per CA level recharged)" Will this work at lowering the cooldown time (not recharge time, but COOLDOWN time)? And does it stack? (I.e. 5% first time you use it, another 5% the second time, ANOTHER 5% the third time, etc. etc...) If the Tenacity mod can lower cooldown AND can stack, it could REALLY help CAs like Frenetic Fervor and Paralyzing Dread...
  2. I see. So what's the deal with armor pieces having a regen penalty even when the item description says it doesn't have one?
  3. Nope, none of the armor had any mods. The level of the armor was the same level as me (no speed penalties). And yes I always checked before and after. The thing that's bothering me is that it seems even armor pieces that do NOT say "Regen Penalty" on them still give you Regen Penalty.... What's a good general rule for lvling up Armor Lore? Should you keep it at the same level as your character? Because I heard that as your character lvls up the regen penalty goes up too...
  4. Alright so I was doing some experimentation with different pieces of armor tonight in order to see how they affected my 'Regeneration %', the yellow bar at the bottom of the inventory screen. I made a level 1 character with no investment in Armor Lore. I only equipped items that did NOT say "Regeneration Penalty", either + or -, in the item description. Yet, even these armor pieces, that didn't explicitly say Regeneration Penalty in the item description, still affected my Regen % bar. Some pieces raised it, and some pieces lowered it. Some pieces did nothing at all (most did though). The % they raised or lowered it was always different, I.e. some raised it by 2%, some raised by 14 %, some lowered it by 4%, some lowered it by only .3%. Also, even items of the same TYPE lowered or raised at different values, so certain pants would raise it, and certain other pants would lower it, and always at seemingly random values. Again, all the armor pieces I experimented with did NOT say Regen Penalty, either + or -, in the item's description. So what gives? There was no way to tell whether an armor piece was going to raise or lower the regen % bar, and there was no logic or pattern behind it either. It always seemed random, and there was no visual explanation of anything. I'm very confused by this... How are you supposed to tell when and by how much a piece of armor is going to raise or lower your regen % bar if it doesn't even tell you in the item's description?
  5. Sorry, could you please rephrase? I couldn't really understand what you said there...
  6. Alright, thanks. Well at level 1 the 33.3% increase doesn't raise it much (obviously), but are you saying that I could read a lot of runes to make the duration last 60 seconds (cuz reading runes increases the duration)... but then reading runes also increases the regeneration time... but then I guess I could use other skills to lower the regen time to 0. If I did it right the regen time could be 'Cooldown (60 seconds) + 0 regen time', and it could have a duration of 60 seconds... Hmmm... pretty cool idea. I wonder how many FF runes you'd have to read to raise the duration all the way to 60 seconds...
  7. The equation for Frenetic Fervor's recharge time reads: "Cooldown (60 seconds) + Regeneration Time". So does this mean that FF can NEVER go any lower than 60 Seconds? I would assume so, but I'm just making sure...
  8. Alright one of the mods (Tenacity, bronze) for Callous Execution reads: "Tenacity - An attack that will slightly recharge all combat arts. (4.9% + 0.1% per CA level recharged)" A couple things I'm wondering. First, does this increase the recharge rate of Callous Execution ITSELF as well? Or does it only recharge all OTHER combat arts, but not Callous Execution itself? Second, does this mean that EVERY TIME you use Callous Execution it will slightly recharge CAs? Like, will it stack? For example, if you use a Level 1 CE three times before a given Combat Arts recharge time is done, would CE have reduced the time of that CA by 15%? Or does it only work once per recharge time/cycle?
  9. Are Lightsabers considered Dexterity-based or Strength-based weapons?
  10. Ok, I know that if you don't take an aspect's Focus skill that your CA levels for that aspect start to go up only by decimal points, with diminishing returns. My question is, does it ever 'diminish' to below .1 (point 1) increase, I.e. does it ever get to zero? If so, once it starts raising the CAs by zero, that's your 'cap' right there. But if not, technically you should be able to raise the CAs by .1 as high as you want (yes, this would take way longer but still, there'd be no 'cap'). Or, is there some other imposed cap on the amount of levels you can learn for an aspect's CAs when you have no Focus skill? I ask this because someone told me that he thinks it caps at level 50, but isn't sure. So, here I am, asking you experts, in order to MAKE sure
