Thank you once again for your reply. I read somewhere that you can get set and unique items only from quests/drops and not from the merchant. Following this guide, all the best in slot items are either set or unique - why is it then recommended to max out trading if noone of these items can be aquired through trading? Am I missing a point here?

Is there any reason why trading should be maxed? Can't I get the same equipment (just in a more time consuming way) and spend the 255 points on other skills?

Thanks again for your answer! So I should keep skills like hard hit and attack at level 1? But I can level heroic courage as much as I want? (as long as the cooldown does not exceed the time of the buff) You're really great help btw mate.

Thanks a lot Augmint! That helps for now. Also, in r00ster's guide it says that attack is the skill mostly used. But here in the Forums everyone is talking about hard hit. Which one do I use now?

I just started a gladiator and I decided to follow this guide as it seems like the most stable version of building a Gladiator. What confuses me tho is, how to spend my skill points. Which skills should I max and which should I leave low? Can I eventually max all skills? I would really appreciate some advice from you guys, since I am not very experienced. (havent played for many years) Thanks in advance Lewis
