Regarding rpg's, has anyone played games such as baldur's gate, divinity 2 and dungeon siege?
Those rank quite high with me, and I keep going back to them.

Hello Sirius and welcome back. I have played Baldur's Gate 1 & 2, the second one is much better than the first one, for me personally. I have also played Champions Of Norrath and Champions: Return To Arms. If you ever get a chance to play it, I can highly recomend Drakan: The Ancient Gates, it's a third person player game, you get to play a female character called Ryn and you get to fly her Dragon, it has both great game play and story that blends so nicely together. By the way I have named a Temple Guardian after you, though at the time, I did not know that there was someone actually with the name Sirius (Sirius: Legend Of The Temple Guardian (Story Idea Concept). I hope that you do not mind having a Temple Guardian named after you.

Shadow Step can do much more than one might imagine, indeed. For there is a way to "map jump." One may see the results of some of my journeys here, beginning about half the way down the page. To accomplish the technique it is necessary to have a mount. Note the side of the mount on which the character lands upon dismounting. That is the side that should be snug against the inaccessible area in which you want to travel. It may take a bit of finessing the mount as close as possible to the border area, but when you have it just right your character will dismount just outside the usual field of play and enter a heretofore area of inaccessibility. Once inside, Shadow Step should be employed each time in order to travel further from the current point of origin. It's really quite interesting to discover the things hidden within the game which the unenlightened player would never imagine existed. So, let me pose this query, are you feeling adventurous?

Dear good Sir Steve, I went to a location I had hoped I could get to, using Shadow Step, now maybe I could be using it wrong, but I think I may have found truly an area that is out of bounds/off limits. (See Image)

    Water Logged Temple/Possible Dungeon

I know that it's not an official dungeon, I had thought I could see the entrance like in my other image (Blocked Off Dungeon 1. (Sacred 2 (Locations & Thoughts Part 4), But I am mistaken, but you can definitely see an inlet of the second blocked off Dungeon, just not the entrance. I want to be able to get down into the water logged area, so that I can get get down there and see if there really is an entrance there, there's also an Aquaduct in the Wastelands that I can't seem to reach either, that I would love to be able to be on top of and see where that leads to. Is there some kind of way in which one needs to do in order to make the Shadow Step Work properly?

Yes, that should be correct. The MODS folder is where you put the folders from the extracted Enhanced Edition mod. Then open JSGME and enable the mod, along with any extra modules if you want. Just make sure you activate the CORE module first.

idbeholdMe, thank you once again and I am glad that I finally got it right this time, you helped lots and I cannot thank you enough for that. You will be happy to know that I even managed to get that: Rotating Blades Of Light Mod working, now that I have both the JSGME and it's mod folder in the right location, thanks to your most excellent good self and I sincerely mean that. I am going to try the Core module. Just one final thing. Is that the only one that I need in oder for me to see the alternate spells in the game? Just want to make sure and thank you again for all of your help.

Forgot you were using Steam. Steam uses its own path for installed games. Not sure how/where you have Steam installed, but I use this path for Steam installed games:

You need to find the steamapps/common folder.

The "common" folder is where you will have the "Sacred 2 Gold" folder. That is where you have to install JSGME. The inside of the Sacred 2 Gold folder looks like this. It will look nearly identical for you with some minor differences as I am using the GOG install.

Thank you and you're awesome by the way. Here's what I hope is now the right screenshot, as I have followed yours. Don't worry if I have gotten it wrong again. Though I'm sure I have it right.

    @SheHawk

Sorry for the delay, been quite busy over the last week.

    1) Download JSGME. Unzip the downloaded file anywhere you want and launch jsgme_setup.exe

    step1.png.5c46518695a73e9304d4e8b4b5c0c53c.png

    2) Choose the folder where you have Sacred 2 installed as the installation destination. I have mine at this path (screenshot), you need to click the browse button and find where the "Sacred 2 Gold" folder is on your PC:

    step2.png.cb660958b6785600a24dc63a6081ee42.png

    3) After the process finishes, these 2 new files should be present in the Sacred 2 folder:

    step3.png.45ea7d4406649954f6376c4f2a807cf5.png

    4) Launch the JSGME.exe. This window should pop up, just click OK. This will automatically create the MODS folder in your Sacred 2 install directory:

    step4.png.4e0452bb8bd2c41f08586d93bc51e948.png

    5) Once that is done, the JSGME window launches automatically. Close that for now:

    sterp5.png.2e190ab18ec4757760d722579fed70a1.png

    6) Now download the Sacred 2 Enhanced Edition mod. Once done, you should have a single ZIP file which contains the mod. You need to extract that ZIP file into a normal folder.

    step6A.png.bd6f9aa9be493f1ab04f4c422a6c85fd.png

    7) Open the extracted mod folder. That will contain 9 more folders, which are the actual mod files. Copy them all EXCEPT the "Docs" one, into the MODS folder which JSGME created step 4 (where your Sacred 2 is installed).

    step6b.png.1d966fcbed3290695483eeb19e456ba1.png

    8) Open the JSGME.exe again. You should now see the 8 folders you copied in the left column (Available Mods:). Now click on the CORE module so that it is highlighted and click the single right arrow, so that the CORE module moves to the "Activated Mods" column. This will enable the core features of the mod. Activating this one is MANDATORY to get the mod working.

    step7.png.da3ac1a6b5599eff335323d0f49d3cf9.png ----> step9.png.7c662092fee50b11bc6dba3bcbe2b8b1.png  ---->  step10.png.f5c9570a34e1e0310ceafdb336fe1688.png

    9) If you want any of the additional modules/features, enable them one by one as you did the main CORE module. These are not mandatory, but you can use them if you want.

That should be it. Hopefully this is detailed enough :)

idbeholdME. I have been closely going over your screenshots. I shall include mine and hope that this time I have gotten this right before I start to add any mods. I hope that is okay with you. I want to make sure I am getting this right.

Miss Amy, I might be willing to help edit your story, provided that I have the time and it's not too extensive.

It would be nice to be of assistance when you get what you have tweaked to where you are mostly satisfied and are done with your changes to it.

Aww, thank you my good kind Sir Steve for such a lovely offer. I honestly can't say how long each chapter will be. I have a page count in mind of about 4 pages per chapter, but that might change. I have finished and completed the Prologue, though that is 9 pages long. If you feel that you might have the time to read that before I post it here, then please let me know. I have downloaded Grammarly for that and I will continue to use it for my chapters and my epilogue, which might be shorter than my Prologue, though I hope not. But I honestly can't say, as I haven't as yet reached that point.

My story is intended only for everyone to enjoy and that is all that honestly matters to me. But like I said, if you feel that you have the time to read my work, please let me know. Your very kind offer is most definitely appreciated, providing that my work does not take up too much of your time. It was actually quite handy having Grammarly working with my word doc, as I could edit my story as I typed it out. That really saved me from having to do a whole lot of corrections work.

  7. I tried to find a relevant topic, but could not find one, unless I missed it completely. If so, please forgive me. While I was playing my PS3 Version of Sacred 2 on my PS3 Console. There has always been one thing in the Swamp Area that has always puzzled me and I am wondering if it is just a glitch, or is it a possible location to get to and if so How?

Unreachable Save Pedastal (Picture Source Galaxy Samsung Mobile Pone)

I have tried to find a way to this location, but I can't seem to find one. Is there a way to this location, or is this just for the PC version of the game? Thank you all in advance.
