Sweet thanks! Is there a benefit to playing without Expert Touch? For the Dryad I'm making now I use (eventually) 3 buffs 1 from each tree, and the build wants me to take NatureWeaver Focus & Lore + Cabalistic Voodoo Focus. I get why I would need at least 1 of each of those but why 2 in Nature when it a Capricious build to begin with, other 2 are only for buffs with enough points to augment the buffs and the summon from the Shrunken Head? I think I downloaded that build awhile ago, found a DW Pole-Arm build and turned it into a Sword build with The Catalyst and The Iron Knight so far. Will try for a no weapons build when I get used to the Sacred 2 Mechanics. I've seen it in some guides but haven't been able to find it spelled out in posts or any rings in index that fit that abbreviation

Has anyone else used Hamachi? I'm curious to see if you lobby together in Hamachi if the game detects that and will think you're in LAN. Unless using that CMD prompt is the only way Edit: Someone already got this working 10 years ago

Thanks Androdion. I got the regen decrease buff for Sinister Pred but it still says +% regen? Even when I add levels the regen goes up instead of down, does the % correspond to it's level vs the Dryads level?

Multi-boxing works and can LAN with yourself. Haven't found where to put the IP Address I want to connect to with LAN though. https://imgur.com/LrC3uk5 Would there be a .txt file somewhere that has this information? It's not an in-game command so somewhere there should be a line for this I would imagine. Second one says something about a program called "Leaf." I'll look into that Thursday, too much at work tomorrow :(. If anyone does get anything like this to work I will put this out there and take it very seriously. When doing LAN - TCP/IP the Host of the game is using THEIR FILES to host the game. The person joining should have the EXACT SAME game files - same mods, same .txt files including balance.txt, same patch version etc. Anyone that joins someones game through this method can have their files changed including the .dll files and files unique to Sacred. So if someone does get this working make sure to communicate well what mods/files have been changed and share any that made need installed on host/other players PC before attempting this. (Backing up some of these files doesn't always work well, especially with such an old game on newer PCs)

That's insane, the mounts added in CM patch + some nice Cap Rep% jewelry would really help with that. Can Death Blow% and Cap Rep% both spawn on a rare ring or amulet, or if Blacksmith is taken added to the jewelry with sockets or however that works (that system is new to me)

They create Virtual IP Addresses for LAN type games. Tungle has(been a loooong time since I've used this program) a long list of games it has dedicated hosting for, although I'm fairly certain you can host your own. Hamachi you just create a Network and that's it. I believe it limits to 5 members for free Network, 30+ for a fee. I've never done a subscription based Network through Hamachi so I'm unsure of the member limit or cost. I do know while Hamachi is simple, firewalls cause issues and Program settings for Hamachi itself.

Seraphim was my first character years ago, was so noob I used auto attack the entire time, didn't know you could skill spam eventually lol. This makes me want to have another go at them but I want to get this Dryad to Niob first. That looks amazing Flix! Want to make one for the Dryad too

I thought Tungle and Hamachi worked for Sacred 2, do they not anymore?

I've got a few Pipes, I switch back and forth since my bow has higher damage. I made a Discord Server and put all the links for all the Dryad downloads I wanted. 2 of which where the characters already built. They both had effects soceted in their Deth items, I tried to do the same but it wouldn't let me at the armorsmith or whatever he's called. Is there a post somewhere that explains this? Spent 6hours going through the downloads yesterday, will have some time today to search for the mechanics I don't understand

The Wiki example is why I was curious because the examples have no value, they seem random and don't even have a proper formula. If it follows a basic formula it should be something like this: % = 1 - [ (1 - %) * (1 - %) * (1 - %) ] But that would mean "Equipping two items totaling 52.2% (30.2+22.0) yields: Chance for deathblow 41.7% - is really 46% And Equipping four items totaling 121.4% (47.1+30.2+22.1+22.0) yields: Chance for deathblow 65.4%" is really 78% But that's if it uses that formula, it either does and he's wrong or whoever wrote that knows the formula and didn't feel like posting it lol

I've seen this on gear but ignored it since the wording reads like a horrible Google translate result. Wiki doesn't do any better at explaining it either. "Equipping two items totaling 52.2% (30.2+22.0) yields: Chance for deathblow 41.7% Equipping one item with a 47.1% chance for deathblow yields: Chance for deathblow 47.1% Equipping four items totaling 121.4% (47.1+30.2+22.1+22.0) yields: Chance for deathblow 65.4%" That's the formula on the wiki, missing some #'s or I'm missing the magic that makes 52.2%=41.7%, but 47.1%=47.1% and yet 121.4%=65.4%. Can anyone elaborate on "Opponent Level for Death Blow," and finish the formula above from the wiki?

My Dryad has bow from the start, I've picked up quite a few attack speed modifiers on gear and CA's but 1 thing bugs me. While attacking a horde of enemies my Attack Speed seems to change determined by how long I'm attacking. When I attack an Elite mob that takes more than a few hits it ramps up pretty quick and stays that way, but when I'm continuously changing from one target to the next my Attack Speed seems to drop for each new target, especially those standing right next to me? This is all with Left Click Basic Attack.

Ah thanks for clarifying. Is it worth it to do the side quests at all? I'm leveling pretty decent but holy hell I don't remember there being so many!

I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to be able to use the Monoliths for fast travel but every time I use one to move around the map I lose the rest, they turn grey again. (I've clicked them everytime I walk to them to active again but still no luck) Any ideas or am I wrong about this?

First question would go for all Characters - I downloaded the character pack that has level 200's unskilled n gear sets n saw their gear was past level 200, and yet they didn't have Blacksmith, how does that work? My plan for a Glass Cannon: Stat: Dexterity W.E these things are called Capricious Hunter Focus Nature Hunter Focus Concentration (don't see the point in this, I never used combo's before but it was in the other post so I assume there's a good reason behind it) Tactics Ranged Weapons Speed Lore Spell Resistance Armor Lore Alchemy Blacksmith (because I don't understand how the above was possible and the perks of being able to make different socketed jewelry sounds nice} How do I determine how many points to put into the Above And Below? Skills Darting Assault - Reload/Throwback/Pierce Dust Devil - Recondition/Obscure/Spread Sinister Predator - Eagle Eye/Perforate/Hunting Focus Ancient Bark - Rugged/Repel/Invigorate Ravaged Impact? - Perforate/Breach/Double Shot Tangled Roots? - Sprawl/Impair/Intent Any others? Don't have any plans for gear yet, Think I read Deth's was the highest damage. Not sure if I spelled that right. Atm I'm just using w.e has +experience gain on it. **NOT A HARDCORE CHARACTER**

I never even heard of the game until I went to college in 2009 and a guy 15+ years older than me in my class had the game on his shelf. Said he was done playing it and let me have it. Moved back home some years after and the disks took too much of a beating to be installed anymore. Tried some CD-Cracks online but no luck, finding this on Steam and this website was great. Wish there was a discord though. Nice to see people are active enough on here to get even a "hey" response in less than 24 hours!!! It's by far one of the best games I've played but I could never find much info on it back then since I couldn't afford internet. Hope all my questions are on this website somewhere lol

Steam had a deal on Gold, had to jump on it since my disk for Fallen Angel doesn't work anymore but it's been so long since I've played I don't remember a thing except I beat FA with a Seraphim. Don't remember the maps being replay able on SP, or difficulty changes? I read level cap is 200, is the game grindable now or was I just ignorant way back when? I saw a discord link in download but it didn't work, is there a discord server still? Too many questions to post lol
