Hybrid or pure caster for PvP?

Which one of those two is most effective?

I know melee can be made but I'd then rather make a shadow warrior...well that's what I think lol

would a hbrid be better or the pure casting long-ranged bild be better?

lso where should I invest (by how much all in?20/80%? etc) my stats points in (was thinking intel for pure caster or intel/str by 70/30% for hybrid)

and also skills...what should I do:)
