Question on modifier on items

I keep seeing this particular modifier on some armor, weapon and jewellery... "Opponent level to deathblow %"? I am wondering what does it do and if higher / lower percentage is better?

I've been trying to figure out the same thing. Been seeing this mod a lot using my Bargain Hunter. Another one that I've been unable to idenfity is Damage of Enraged Players. Any info would be very helpful.

Death blow is when you get your opponents health to the percent shown on the item then you will do double damage I believe.

Ok damage of enraged player is like deathblow mod. But when your health goes below the % value on the said item you have then I believe you do more damage, dishing out.
