Focalize mod on crystal skin

The wiki says the focalize mod on crystal skin only increases mystic stormite CAs..

 

According to my tooltip blazing tempest is at the same spell intensity as frost flare... It looks to be about 30% greater than my intelligence.. which is consistent... I don't think I have that much gear to raise (only level 16) if its the display NOT showing focalize effect..

 

So I think the wiki is wrong.. Important for dual mages (I am making a fire ice HE if its possible )

The first thing I would do is try to confirm this, perhaps you should check the combat arts, disable the buff, and check again, if the 30% greater spell intensity only applies to blazing tempest when crystal skin is active you may be right
